Ovaria is a wellness and educational tool. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose any condition, prescribe any treatment, replace clinical care, or predict fertility outcomes. If something feels wrong, please see your doctor.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ovaria — including our website, mobile applications and any related services (together, the "Service") — provided by Witz-u Pte Ltd and Epigenetics AI Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore (the "Company", "we" or "us").
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
The Service is designed to support the reproductive-life-stage of adult women. It has not been clinically validated for use during pregnancy, immediately postpartum, or in individuals under hormonal therapy for gender transition. Please consult your clinician before relying on any Ovaria readings during these life stages.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for every activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately via the address in the contact section below if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to give us accurate information at sign-up and to keep it updated.
Ovaria is a wellness and educational tool. Its purpose is to help you understand the biological rhythm of your menstrual cycle in relation to your daily biometrics, and to surface trends worth discussing with a clinician.

Nothing in the Service is medical advice. Content, algorithms, scores, prompts and educational text are for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any question you have about a medical condition, symptom, treatment or diagnostic decision.
Never disregard, avoid or delay obtaining medical advice from a qualified provider because of something you have read or seen in the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You retain ownership of the content you upload — your logs, lab reports, photos and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display that content solely so we can operate the Service for you.
We may use fully de-identified, aggregated data derived from many users to improve the Service and to publish research. This process cannot be reversed to identify you.
The Service, including all text, algorithms, illustrations, videos, and trademarks, is owned by Witz-u Pte Ltd and Epigenetics AI Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Some features of the Service are available only with a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms and cancellation windows are shown in the Service before you subscribe. All fees are in Singapore Dollars unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or through the store where you subscribed.
Refunds are handled in line with the policy of the store you subscribed through (Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web billing partner), and in line with any statutory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
Ovaria uses service providers for authentication, infrastructure and optional user-requested processing. Their involvement and applicable terms are described in our Privacy Policy. Ovaria does not currently connect to third-party health or wearable services.
You can delete your account and end your relationship with us at any time from Settings › Account › Delete.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Wherever practical we will give you reasonable notice before doing so and an opportunity to export your data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content or reading generated by the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, or safe for your particular circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Witz-u Pte Ltd and Epigenetics AI Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) SGD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold Witz-u Pte Ltd and Epigenetics AI Limited harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any right of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question about its existence, validity or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the SIAC Rules, held in Singapore in the English language.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you at least 30 days before they take effect, in-app and by email. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms. If you don't, you can delete your account at any time.
